We’ll focus on strength and mobility to keep you feeling strong, balanced, and ready to conquer the rest of your day!
When’s the Rebellion?
Sessions are available Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM—perfect timing for a midday power-up.

Pricing Options
Option 1: 1 Session per Week
  • Monthly Plan: $55/month
  • This includes four 30-minute sessions per month. 
Option 2: 2 Sessions per Week
  • Monthly Plan: $100/month
  • This includes eight 30-minute sessions per month. 
Additional Details:
Drop-In Rate: $15 per session for those who want to join a single session without a monthly commitment.
Discounts: 5% discount for committing to a three or six-month plan.
