Hello there! I’m Allison & this is my approach to movement;
My fitness philosophy revolves around empowering women through movement and mindset. Exercise isn't just about changing your body's shape; it's about fuelling your dreams, nurturing love for family and friends, and embarking on new adventures. I aim to shift the narrative around fitness, creating a supportive, inclusive space where every woman can thrive, find motivation, and explore new possibilities.
I teach women movements that integrate seamlessly into their hectic daily lives, making fitness practical, sustainable, and nourishing—not punishing. My programs focus on functional exercises that enhance daily activities, promote overall well-being, and help manage stress. Movement is a form of self-care, a way to harness and balance energy, clear the mind, and elevate mood.
I’m on a mission to change the mindset that exercise is merely a tool for altering physical appearance. Instead, I emphasize that movement is an opportunity—you don’t have to do it; you get to do it. It's about being at peace with your body, discovering who you are, and who you could be. My sessions offer a chance to unplug, focus on yourself, and process life events while exploring your body's capabilities.
I believe that every BODY deserves access to the benefits of movement. My programs are designed to be inclusive, accommodating women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I celebrate diversity and strive to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Together, we visualize new possibilities and celebrate the things you couldn’t do before, discovering the joy in movement and self-care.
As your trainer, I'm here to help you discover what you want, build a plan, and be your biggest cheerleader and supporter. I focus on fostering self-belief and celebrating mini moments of progress. Plans are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your needs, as I guide you through the journey. Life can sometimes feel like a soul-destroying marathon, but I'm here to be your partner in navigating it.

Break free from the desk-job slump with our Lunch Break Rebellion program! Join our 30-minute, midday Zoom sessions to counteract the effects of sitting, improve hip flexor mobility, and enhance your posture through targeted strength and mobility exercises. Offered Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, each session also includes a handy e-guide to stretches you can do right from your desk.
